Feta Pasta Bake
Ingredients
200g Block Feta Cheese
400g Tomatoes (Cherry or Grape)
4-5 Smoked Garlic Cloves
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
200-300g Pasta of your choice
Handful fresh Basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Add into a baking dish tomatoes and garlic, cover with olive oil and mix.
- Make a space in the center and add the feta block. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until feta is golden and tomatoes are tender. Whilst the feta is cooking, prepare the pasta according to the variety you have chosen.
- Once the feta is done, bring out of the oven, add the basil and smash the feta and tomatoes together to create a sauce.
- Pour in the pasta and mix together. Serve and enjoy!
