Terms & Conditions

Scoop SG Loyalty Programmes General Terms & Conditions (“T&C"):
1. Scoop SG Loyalty Programmes are run by Shopping Bag (S) Pte Ltd (UEN: 200612162D) and offered on or via the platforms of Advocado Pte Ltd. By joining or participating in any Scoop SG Loyalty Programmes as a member you agree to accept and be bound by all terms and conditions herein which for the avoidance of doubt, are applicable to the Loyalty Programmes, together with their respective terms and conditions found in their respective sections below in this T&C. The access to or participation in, or usage of any of our Loyalty Programmes is dependent on and subject to your having, or maintaining a Loyalty Account with Advocado. Scoop SG shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever, for any matters arising out of or in connection with your Loyalty Account with Advocado.
2. All benefits offered by the Loyalty Programmes are not applicable with other prevailing special offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
3. All benefits offered by the Loyalty Programmes with an expiry date should be utilised before the expiry date stated and no extension and refund will be allowed, unless otherwise stated.
4. Scoop SG reserves the right to decline any usage of membership for any reasons deemed as appropriate by management.
5. The Member agrees that all information submitted during their application for membership of the Loyalty Programmes is accurate and true.
6. The Loyalty Programmes privileges or benefits are strictly non-transferrable.
7. Scoop SG shall not be responsible for any unauthorised usage of any Member’s membership.
8. Scoop SG reserves all rights to amend or withdraw all or any part of the benefits or privileges conferred by any membership in any Loyalty Programmes at any time, at its sole discretion.
9. Scoop SG reserves the final decision and right to change these T&C without prior notice.
10. By joining any Loyalty Programmes, Members voluntarily consent to provide personal data to Scoop SG, following Scoop SG privacy policy at (https://advocado.app/Scoop-SG/offer/Scoop-Loyalty/f4cfbd22-3cd3-4f7e-832a-e3141429fa14)
11. Shopping Bag (S) Pte Ltd Staff discounts or benefits cannot be used on or in conjunction with any Loyalty Programmes including any privileges and/or benefits thereof.
12. The Loyalty Programmes are only on offer and valid in Singapore.


Scoop Eco Points Terms & Conditions
1. Scoop Eco Points are valid for 365 days from last transaction date. Strictly no extension of validity period.
2. Mobile number & PIN Numbers are required for redemption of Scoop EcoPoints. The PIN Numbers should be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone else. Scoop SG shall not be responsible for any loss or misuse etc. due to the misuse, lost or of the sharing of any PIN Numbers.
3. Scoop Eco Points can be redeemed or used in conjunction with storewide discounts or discounted items within the store.
4. Scoop EcoPoints are earned based on payment mode: Credit Card / Cash / Nets / PayNow / PayLah (include prevailing GST).
5. Scoop EcoPoints are earned based on subtotal bill.
6. Scoop EcoPoints are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash or substituted for other rewards.
7. Earning or redeeming of Scoop EcoPoints are not allowed on past bills and orders.
8. Scoop SG reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions pertaining to the Scoop EcoPoints and/or any promotions/offers related thereto, without prior notice.
9. Scoop SG's decision on these terms and conditions shall be final.
10.Eco Points collected cannot be used to redeem vouchers of any sort (physical/ digital).
11. Scoop Eco Points are not eligible for the acquisition or offsetting of vouchers/gift cards.
12. If a customer's bill includes a decimal point, it will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar amount, and points will be awarded accordingly.
13. Blackout periods will take place and affect points redemption.


Welcome Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. 25% OFF Welcome Voucher is valid for fully registered Scooper members via QR code.
2. 25% OFF Welcome Voucher valid for 15 days from the issuing date. Strictly no extension will be given to expired voucher.
3. Mobile number & PIN Numbers are required for redemption of 25% OFF Welcome Voucher. The PIN Numbers should be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone else. Scoop SG shall not be responsible for any loss or misuse etc. due to the misuse, lost or of the sharing of any PIN Numbers.
4. Only ONE (1) 25% OFF Welcome Voucher can be used in a single receipt.
5. 25% OFF Welcome Voucher cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with other vouchers and loyalty points.
6. 25% OFF Welcome Voucher is not stackable with storewide promotions or promotional items in store.
7. 25% OFF Welcome Voucher is valid for redemption at all Scoop stores.
8. 25% OFF Welcome Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash nor substituted for other rewards.
9. Online redemption are subject to blackout periods determined at the discretion of Scoop SG.
