Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup of Scoop's Fresh Almond Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 free range Eggs
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Coconut or Maple Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Chopped Dark Chocolate Chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C then simply mix together the almond butter, vanilla and eggs.
  2. Then in a seperate bowl mix together the dry ingredients; baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. Add wet to dry ingredients and combine with wooden spoon until you have a sticky dough.
  4. Spoon and drop mixture onto lined baking or cookie tray.
  5. Press in 3-4 chocolate chunks in each. Leave space between as they will spread.
  6. Bake for 10-12 mins, 10 will leave them soft and gooey, and 12 would make them crispy.
