Coconut Bacon

Ingredients

2 tbsp Tamari
1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 heaped tbsp Smoked Paprika
3 cups Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix together all ingredients except coconut flakes in a bowl.
  3. Add in coconut flakes and coat evenly.
  4. Spread evenly on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  5. Cool and store in an airtight jar for up to a week. Serve on top of salads, pasta or with roasted vegetables.
