Nut Free Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/3 cup Hulled Tahini
2 tbsp Honey or Brown Rice Malt Syrup
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Himalayan Salt
1/2 cup Chopped Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/3 cup Hulled Tahini
2 tbsp Honey or Brown Rice Malt Syrup
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Himalayan Salt
1/2 cup Chopped Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Place the oats into your processor and blend to a fine meal.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the choc chips, and mix to combine.
- Add the choc chips and mix in. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls and place in fridge to set. Store in fridge or freezer.
