Cheesy Vegan Popcorn
Ingredients
For the popcorn
1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
3 tbsp Scoop Ghee
For the seasoning
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- To make the seasoning add all ingredients into a blender and blend until a fine powder.
- Store in an airtight container to be used.
- To make the popcorn, in a very large pot add ghee with 3 kernels of popcorn on high heat and cover.
- Wait until the kernels pop. As soon as the kernels have popped add the remaining popcorn kernels and shake to cover in the ghee.
- Remove from the heat for 30 seconds then place back on high heat covered and wait for the kernels to pop.
- Once the kernels have popped, transfer them into a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with the seasoning and serve. The popcorn can be kept in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
