Vanilla and Cinnamon Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
Pancakes
3/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/4 cup Bareblends Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein
1 cup Nut Milk
1 organic free Range Egg/Chia Egg
1/4 cup Maple or Coconut Sugar
1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp gf Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/4 cup Bareblends Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein
1 cup Nut Milk
1 organic free Range Egg/Chia Egg
1/4 cup Maple or Coconut Sugar
1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp gf Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
To serve
Sliced Banana, Coconut Yoghurt, Almond Butter and Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat non stock pan to medium-high and pour in circles.
- Flip when one side is cooked and bubbles appear, approx 30 seconds. Try not to overcook in order to keep them light and fluffy. Serve hot!
