Creamy Buckwheat Porridge
Ingredients
Porridge
1 cup Organic Buckwheat Groats
3 cups Milk of your choice
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Pinch of Fine Himalayan Salt
Optional tsp of Cinnamon
1 cup Organic Buckwheat Groats

Instructions
- Simply place buckwheat in food processor and pulse until cracked which makes it quicker and easier to cook.
- Then place all ingredients into a pot on medium heat and stir until porridge is smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed.
- Serve with fresh fruit or berries, a splash of almond milk, a little extra drizzle of honey or coconut nectar and some nut butter or tahini.
