Creamy Buckwheat Porridge

Ingredients

Porridge
1 cup Organic Buckwheat Groats
3 cups Milk of your choice
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Pinch of Fine Himalayan Salt
Optional tsp of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Simply place buckwheat in food processor and pulse until cracked which makes it quicker and easier to cook.
  2. Then place all ingredients into a pot on medium heat and stir until porridge is smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit or berries, a splash of almond milk, a little extra drizzle of honey or coconut nectar and some nut butter or tahini.
