Strawberry & Beet Chia Pudding with Fragrant Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
For the Chia Pudding
5 Strawberries
2 cups Nut or Coconut milk
1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup
1-2 tsp Beetroot Powder (Add açai or maqui powder or any superfood you like)
3 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds

For the Smoothie
1 1/2 cup Frozen Mango
2 cups Frozen Strawberries
2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 tsp Orange Blossom Water or 3-4 drops Orange Essential Oil
1/2 cup Milk (We recommend Oat Milk, Coconut Milk or Soy Milk)
Instructions

Prepare the chia pudding the night before by blending the strawberries, milk, maple and beet powder.
- Add to a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
- Wait 10 mins and whisk again before covering and adding to the fridge to set.
- In the morning prepare the fresh smoothie by blending all ingredients until smooth adding a little extra liquid if needed.
- Add some smoothie to the bottom of your bowl or glass, then some chia pudding and then top with more smoothie.
