Prebiotic Maca Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana
1 Mango Cheek
1/2 cup Milk of choice (We recommend Oat Milk, Soy Milk and Coconut Milk)
1-2 tsp Honey/Coconut Nectar
2 tsp Tahini/ Nut Butter
1-2 tsp Raw Maca Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Tigernut Flour

Instructions

Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy.
