Simple Chocolate Chia Mousse
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Milk of choice
6 Organic Medjool Dates
4 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
4 tbsp Organic Cocoa Powder or Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
6 Organic Medjool Dates
4 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
4 tbsp Organic Cocoa Powder or Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together, scraping down sides and blending again until smooth.
- You can mix ingredients together, then allow to rest for 15 mins before blending as this helps if you don’t have a powerful food processor.
- Eat immediately or set in fridge in glasses or jars. Serve with fresh fruit or anything you prefer.
