Gluten Free Crepes

Ingredients

2 cups Scoop's own Gluten Free Flour
2 free range Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Daisy Free Milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Add flour to a large bowl, add eggs and whisk into a paste, then add the vanilla and milk and whisk well.
  2. Grease a large flat pan on high heat.
  3. Pour in batter and swivel your wrist with pan in hand to coat the pan with a thin layer of batter.
  4. Flip when golden,then repeat with remaining batter.
