Pumpkin Cinnamon Waffles
Ingredients
1/2 cup Steamed Pumpkin blended until smooth
1/2 cup Cassava Flour
1/4 cup Almond Meal
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 cup Milk of your choice
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a bowl combine all the wet ingredients and whisk.
- In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients and then add to the wet ingredients. Combine until smooth.
- Oil the waffle iron and cook until crispy brown.
- Top with your favourite toppings, we love our coconut yoghurt, berries, maple syrup and some granola.
