Buckwheat Brownie
Ingredients
1 Box Scoop Buckwheat Brownie Mix 605G
120ml Oil (We recommend coconut oil, walnut oil, or olive oil)
200ml Milk or Water
Fruits or Nuts of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a 9 × 9 inch baking tray.
- Tip out the dry ingredients from this packet into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the oil and milk or water to the dry ingredients and mix well into a smooth batter.
- Fold through any optional extras at this stage. Pour into your baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes. For a less fudgy brownie, leave in the oven for an extra couple of minutes.
- Gently lift baking paper to remove the brownie from the tray and place it on a wire rack to cool.
- Remove paper and slice into 9 squares. Will keep for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
