Buckwheat Brownie

Ingredients

1 Box Scoop Buckwheat Brownie Mix 605G
120ml Oil (We recommend coconut oil, walnut oil, or olive oil)
200ml Milk or Water
Fruits or Nuts of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a 9 × 9 inch baking tray.
  2. Tip out the dry ingredients from this packet into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the oil and milk or water to the dry ingredients and mix well into a smooth batter.
  4. Fold through any optional extras at this stage. Pour into your baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes. For a less fudgy brownie, leave in the oven for an extra couple of minutes.
  5. Gently lift baking paper to remove the brownie from the tray and place it on a wire rack to cool.
  6. Remove paper and slice into 9 squares. Will keep for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
