Apple Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats
2 cups Milk (We recommend Oat Milk, Coconut Milk and Soy Milk)
2 tbsp Flaxseed
4 large Dried Australian Apple Rings
Optional Honey to sweeten

Instructions

  1. Slice the dried apple rings into shreds.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour in your milk and stir till combined.
  4. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  5. Drizzle with honey in the morning and serve with yoghurt or just on its own.
