Apple Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 cups Milk (We recommend Oat Milk, Coconut Milk and Soy Milk)
2 tbsp Flaxseed
4 large Dried Australian Apple Rings
Optional Honey to sweeten
Instructions
- Slice the dried apple rings into shreds.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour in your milk and stir till combined.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Drizzle with honey in the morning and serve with yoghurt or just on its own.
