Matcha Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek or Natural Yoghurt (plus extra 1/3 cup to spread plain as a base)
1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
1 tsp Maple Syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
Granola + Berries to top
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the greek yoghurt, matcha powder, maple syrup until combined.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the plain greek yoghurt over thinly to cover the whole tray.
- Place the matcha yoghurt in small dollops over the tray and swirl through.
- Top with granola and berries of your choice and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
