Chocolate Coated Dates

Ingredients

100g Chocolate of your choice to melt
8-10 Medjool Dates
Approx 1/3 cup of Cashew Butter (you can substitute for any other nut butter)
White Sea Salt Flakes to top

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper or a reusable baking sheet.
  2. De-pit your Medjool dates and set them aside. Melt your chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) method.
  3. Use a spoon to stuff the middle of the dates with nut butter and dip into the chocolate to coat.
  4. Place onto your baking tray. Once all dates are coated with chocolate, top with white sea salt flakes and set in your fridge for 20-30 minutes. You can also set them in the freezer for a delicious frozen treat!
