Candied Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of Raw Nuts
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cardamom
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Place the raw nuts in a bowl and add the spices and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the maple syrup and cover the nuts. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for ~10-15 minutes until crisp and golden. Enjoy with your cheese platters or on top of your breakfast.
