Cacao Hazelnut & Berry Porridge

Ingredients
For the porridge mix base
1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Quinoa Flakes
1/4 cup lsa
1/4 cup Oat Bran
1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Quinoa Flakes

1/4 cup Oat Bran
For each serve of porridge
1/2 cup Porridge Mix
1 1/2 cups Nut Milk of choice
1 tsp Cinnamon
2-3 tsp Honey, Maple Syrup or Coconut Nectar
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
a pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
a few chopped Roasted Hazelnuts
Chia Jam (recipe also available in scoop recipes)
fresh Mixed Berries
a sprinkle of Raw Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the porridge mix together and add to a large jar for further use.
- Next, to make your cacao hazelnut porridge, place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring continuously until porridge is soft. You may like to add a splash more milk or water if needed.
- Serve with a splash of fresh nut milk, cacao nibs, crushed hazelnuts, fresh blueberries and some berry chia jam.
