Cacao & Reishi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
2 frozen Ripe Bananas
1/4 frozen Avocado (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
1 tsp Chia Seeds
a splash of Almond Milk
1/4 frozen Avocado (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
1 tsp Chia Seeds
a splash of Almond Milk
Instructions
- Blend together on high speed until smooth. Use a splash of nut milk to help get a smooth consistency, but keep thick and ice cream like.
- Top with anything you like such as your favourite muesli, fresh fruit, nut butter, coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut, nuts or seeds.
