Cacao & Reishi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 frozen Ripe Bananas
1/4 frozen Avocado (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
1 tsp Chia Seeds
a splash of Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend together on high speed until smooth. Use a splash of nut milk to help get a smooth consistency, but keep thick and ice cream like.
  2. Top with anything you like such as your favourite muesli, fresh fruit, nut butter, coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut, nuts or seeds.
