Blueberry Chia Jam
Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
2 tbsp Water (4 if using Fresh Berries)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Simply add berries to a pot with water on low heat and cook until broken down.
- Add maple syrup and stir in.
- Remove from the heat, add the chia seeds and leave to set for 20mins before adding to a jar and placing in the fridge. Use within 1 week.
