Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Blueberries
2 tbsp Water (4 if using Fresh Berries)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Simply add berries to a pot with water on low heat and cook until broken down.
  2. Add maple syrup and stir in.
  3. Remove from the heat, add the chia seeds and leave to set for 20mins before adding to a jar and placing in the fridge. Use within 1 week.
