Baked Oats

Ingredients

1 cup Oats (rolled or quick)
1 cup Milk of choice
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 heaped tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
Optional add ins - Blueberries, Mashed Banana with Cardamom and Nutmeg, Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a baking dish or into small ramekins and bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Enjoy with our coconut yoghurt and some honey on top for sweetness.
