Peanut Butter and Jam Chia Pudding

Ingredients

5 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 cups fresh Milk of your choice
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
4 tbsp Natural or Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
Chia Jam & Fresh Peanut Butter to serve

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds, milk and maple syrup to a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Place in fridge and return to whisk it again after approx 15mins. Leave overnight.
  3. The next morning add the coconut yoghurt and mix well. Add to bowls and top with chia jam and peanut butter, or your favourite toppings.
