Peanut Butter and Jam Chia Pudding

Ingredients
5 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 cups fresh Milk of your choice
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
4 tbsp Natural or Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
Chia Jam & Fresh Peanut Butter to serve
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, milk and maple syrup to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place in fridge and return to whisk it again after approx 15mins. Leave overnight.
- The next morning add the coconut yoghurt and mix well. Add to bowls and top with chia jam and peanut butter, or your favourite toppings.
