Said to be beneficial for women, especially during third trimester pregnancy. Naturally high in magnesium, potassium, iron and b vitamins.
Soothes nausea, leg cramps and improves sleep during pregnancy. Strengthens the uterus & pelvic muscles which may lead to shorter, easier labours.
Best to only have during late-stage pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-5 minutes.
Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
