Soy Garlic Chilli Noodles

Ingredients

1 Spring Onion (Green Part)
1 clove Garlic Minced or 1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2-1tsp Chilli Paste
Optional add: Chilli Flakes or Schezuan Pepper
1/4 cup Rice Bran Oil or Neutral Tasting Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce or Tamari
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Agave Syrup (optional)
2 tsp Black Sesame oil
1 bunch Udon Noodles or Pasta

    Instructions

    1. Cook your udon noodles and blanch in cold water to set aside.
    2. Finely chop the green stalk of your spring onion and add to a bowl together with garlic, sesame seeds, chill paste and/or chilli flakes.
    3. Heat the rice bran oil until smoking and pour over your spring onion mix.
    4. Stir together to coat all the ingredients. Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, agave syrup, sesame oil and mix together.
    5. Add in your noodles and stir to coat. Top with a boiled soy sauce egg and enjoy!
