Slice of Heaven
Ingredients
3/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Coconut Butter
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
A pinch of Salt
1/2 cup of fresh Raspberries/ Dried Raspberries/ Dried Strawberries
1/3 cup Pecans
Instructions
- To make simply melt down the coconut oil and coconut butter on low heat.
- Once melted add the maple syrup, cocoa powder and salt and stir well to combine.
- Grently toast the pecans on a dry pan for a few minutes until fragrant, take off the heat and lightly chop/ crush them a little.
- Then add raspberries and pecans to the mixture and fold through gently.
- Pour into a lined 9x9 inch baking dish and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
- Remove from fridge, sift some more cocoa powder on top and then slice and serve or store in fridge.
