Quinoa & Teff Porridge

Ingredients

1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 cup Teff Flakes
2 cups Milk of choice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Honey or Coconut Nectar
a pinch of Salt
Berries and Nut Butter to serve

Instructions

  1. Add flakes, milk, cinnamon and honey/coconut nectar and salt to a pot and cook on a low heat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with berries and a splash of milk as well as an extra drizzle of honey if you like.
