Pink Pitaya Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1 1/2 Frozen Pink Pitaya
1 cup Raspberries (Fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Milk of your choice (We recommend Oat Milk, Soy Milk and Coconut Milk)
1/4 cup Organic Chia Seeds
1-2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup/ Maple Syrup/ Raw Honey
Coconut Yoghurt & Granola to serve

Instructions

  1. Blend fruit, milk and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Add to jars or bowls and place in fridge to set overnight.
  4. In the morning serve with yoghurt and granola and some fresh fruit.
