4 Ingredient Quick Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

1 Banana
1 1/2 cups Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Milk (We recommend Oat Milk, Coconut Milk and Soy Milk)

Instructions

  1. Blend everything until smooth.
  2. Pour into greased hot pan and flip when golden.
  3. Continue for the rest of the batter.
  4. Serve with anything you like such as nut butter, coconut yoghurt, nuts and fresh fruit.
