Nut Free Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/3 cup Hulled Tahini
2 tbsp Honey or Brown Rice Malt Syrup
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Himalayan Salt
1/2 cup Chopped Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the oats into your processor and blend to a fine meal.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the choc chips, and mix to combine.
  3. Add the choc chips and mix in. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls and place in fridge to set. Store in fridge or freezer.
