Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl using a pot of boiling water with a bowl on top.

2. Once the chocolate is melted remove from the heat and sift in 1 tsp matcha.
3. Evenly coat the strawberries and place them on a lined baking tray. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy!
