Freezer Cookie Dough

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Chickpeas Canned/Cooked
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add chickpeas, peanut butter and coconut oil into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the chocolate and pulse to break into chunks.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop or dessert spoon to create balls or place into a tray and put in the freezer to set for 30 mins.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
