Freezer Cookie Dough
Ingredients
1/2 cup of Chickpeas Canned/Cooked
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate
Instructions

Add chickpeas, peanut butter and coconut oil into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the chocolate and pulse to break into chunks.
- Use an ice cream scoop or dessert spoon to create balls or place into a tray and put in the freezer to set for 30 mins.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
