Matcha Muffin Frosting
Ingredients
225g of regular or vegan Cream Cheese OR 1 can Coconut Whipping Cream
6tbsp icing Sugar (or to taste)
2-3 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
Instructions

Beat the icing ingredients together until just combined.
- Place in fridge to chill until muffins have fully cooled.
- Spread your icing onto muffins with a pinch of extra matcha powder if you like.
