Matcha Muffin Frosting

Ingredients

225g of regular or vegan Cream Cheese OR 1 can Coconut Whipping Cream
6tbsp icing Sugar (or to taste)
2-3 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste

Instructions

  1. Beat the icing ingredients together until just combined.

  2. Place in fridge to chill until muffins have fully cooled.
  3. Spread your icing onto muffins with a pinch of extra matcha powder if you like.
