Masala Spiced Nut Mix

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of your choice of Raw Nuts (we used Almonds, Cashews & Walnuts)
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup Currants
Optional Ghee for cooking and Salt for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Melt ghee in a pan on low-medium heat.
  2. Add in your raw nuts and spices and toast until crunchy.
  3. Pour into a bowl and mix with currants. This mix will last for 1 week in your pantry!
