Maca Pancakes
Ingredients
1 small Banana
1 Egg (can swap for Chia or Flax Egg)
1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup Milk of your choice
2-3 tsp of Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Ghee or Coconut Oil for cooking
Maple Syrup, Nut Butter and Berries to top

Ghee or Coconut Oil for cooking
Maple Syrup, Nut Butter and Berries to top
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients together in a blender and combine until smooth.
- Grease a saucepan on medium heat with our Scoop Ghee or coconut oil and pour in your desired amount of batter.
- Cook until bubbles appear and it has a matte appearance then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Top with peanut butter, yoghurt, berries and maple syrup!
