Maca Pancakes

Ingredients

1 small Banana
1 Egg (can swap for Chia or Flax Egg)
1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup Milk of your choice
2-3 tsp of Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Ghee or Coconut Oil for cooking
Maple Syrup, Nut Butter and Berries to top

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients together in a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Grease a saucepan on medium heat with our Scoop Ghee or coconut oil and pour in your desired amount of batter.
  3. Cook until bubbles appear and it has a matte appearance then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Top with peanut butter, yoghurt, berries and maple syrup!
