Breakfast Oat Slice
Ingredients
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 medium sized Bananas mashed
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Quinoa Flakes
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips or Pieces (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together nut butter, mashed bananas and coconut oil until well combined.
- Add in oats and quinoa flakes then stir through evenly. If you would like add in some chocolate chips and mix together.
- Transfer to a lined baking dish and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top.
- Slice into pieces and keep in the fridge for 3-4 days for a great breakfast on-the-go!
