Lentils & Greens in Broth
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of Bone Broth or Vege Broth
1 cup of dried Chickpeas
1 cup of whole Red Lentils
1 chopped Red Onion
1 Bay Leaf
2 chopped Zucchinis
2 cups of Baby Spinach
2 cups of chopped Kale
Salt and Pepper to taste
Roughly chopped Tamari Almonds to garnish
Instructions

Add stock or broth, chickpeas, lentils, onion, garlic, bay leaf and seasoning to your slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hrs.
- Next add the greens and cook for a further 30 mins to 1 hr until greens are cooked. Serve and top with nuts, seeds or any garnish you like.
