Creamy Pesto Hummus
Ingredients
1/2 cup Cooked Chickpeas
1/2 bunch Basil
1 heaped tbsp Tahini
2 heaped tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1/2 Lemon Juiced
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil (to top)
1/4 cup Water (to combine)
1/2 bunch Basil

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Top with olive oil and pine nuts to serve. Serve with our Teff Crackers or veggie sticks.
