Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup Nut Milk
1/2 cup natural Coconut Yoghurt
1 organic free Range Egg / Chia Egg
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Maple Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp true Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in food processor until smooth.
  2. Heat non-stock pan to med-high heat.
  3. Pour into circles and flip when ready for a few seconds. 
  4. Add to warm oven to keep warm or build up your stacks on the plates.
  5. Serve with nut butter, coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, a sprinkle of cacao nibs and maple syrup or anything you like!
