Chocolate & Hazelnut Granola

Ingredients

2 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Roasted Hazelnuts
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
1/2 cup Activated Buckwheat
1/4 cup Hulled Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
2/3 cup Coconut Nectar
2/3 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oats, nuts, buckwheat and sesame seeds.
  2. Melt together the coconut oil and nectar with the cocoa powder, then add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet or two and bake at 180C for approx 20 mins tossing often.
  4. Allow to cool in order for it to get crunchy.
  5. Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 months.
