1 ripe Banana
1 cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
2 cups Rolled Oats
2 organic free range Eggs
1 cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice

Optional
1 tsp gf Baking Powder (for extra fluffiness)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (for extra flavour)

Instructions
- Blend everything in your food processor until you have a reasonably smooth batter.
- Add a little coconut oil to your non-stock fry pan on med-high heat.
- Pour out batter and shake pan slightly to spread or use your spatula/spoon.
- Flip when golden and lots of bubbles appear.
