4 Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancakes
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
2 cups Rolled Oats
2 organic free range Eggs
Optional
1 tsp gf Baking Powder (for extra fluffiness)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (for extra flavour)

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in your food processor until you have a reasonably smooth batter.
  2. Add a little coconut oil to your non-stock fry pan on med-high heat.
  3. Pour out batter and shake pan slightly to spread or use your spatula/spoon.
  4. Flip when golden and lots of bubbles appear.
