4 Ingredient Chickpea Flatbreads

Ingredients

1 cup Chickpea/Besan Flour
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  2. Once combined let sit for 30 minutes for the flour to absorb all the water.
  3. Pour 2-3 tbsp of mixture in a pan oiled with ghee or olive oil and cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve topped with za’atar and olive oil or with your favourite curries
