Yellow Split Peas 424G
With high fibre and protein, this textured lentil is a great addition to your homemade curry, soups, stews and more. Yellow split peas are rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6, and iron.
There is no need to soak, however, if you choose to do so it will quicken the cooking time. To cook, ensure you rinse the peas first. They will cook in about 1-2 hours, ensure you have added at least 2-3 times more liquid to peas as they will absorb lots of water. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
