White Dashi Japanese Broth 250ML
Traditional Japanese broth with a beautiful "Umami" flavour.
It can be diluted by up to 16 times.
The natural broth is produced with selected bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms and kelp.
Seasoned with Organic White Soy Sauce which gives a richer taste than regular soy sauce without darkening the colour of the ingredients.
Ideal for soups, stews, dressings, dipping sauce for tempura/noodles.
