To use:
Use a mini spatula or teaspoon to add a pea sized amount of paste to your Wet your toothbrush bristles then gently dip into the tooth powder or spoon it on with a mini spatula. Brush your teeth and gums with the paste that forms, creating a small amount of foaming. Rinse and spit. Use twice daily as you would a toothpaste.
