A delicious blend of rooibos with smooth refreshing spices. Rooibos is anti inflammatory, improves blood circulation, helps with blood sugar levels, and supports bone health.

To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.

Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
