A fine, cold pressed, 100% natural & very pure extra virgin olive oil from NSW, Australia. Italian trees are cultivated in the perfect conditions producing an exceptional oil bursting with flavour. Olive oil is rich in VIT E, Omega 3 & 6 & considered a healthy fat. Ideally used for Italian & French cooking. Can also be used in salad dressings, marinades or low heat cooking like light pan frying or slow roasting. Low smoke point of160°C. Cold pressed means that the oil is pressed w/o any heat thus retaining more nutritional value.
