Delouis uses a unique process to give their mustards their signature flavour. The mustard seeds are soaked in Verjuice before being made into mustard. This gives Delouis mustard a unique genuine non-factory made taste. Delouis mustards do not contain additives preservatives or sulphites just pure taste and flavour.

 A great base for a marinade a condiment to your sandwich or meat dish or best yet added to your salad dressing.
