Sun-ripened apricots from Vaison-la-Romaine, between Provence and the foothills of the Alps, pureed into a rich sweet nectar.
Makes a delicious bellini, topped up with our Italian Prosecco.
Serve lightly chilled. Shake well before drinking to disperse the flecks of fruit.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
