Earl grey tea has a distinctive flavour and aroma that comes from the addition of oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange. It is rich in powerful antioxidants that will help boost immunity and helps to reduce blood sugar levels.

To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-5 minutes. It is optional as to whether you would like it black or with a drop of milk.

Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
